Instructions to the English teacher
Get the students to alternate roles.
Pre teach:-
- The difference between waiter and waitress.
- I would like = I'd like ...
- The different ways you can have coffee (for ideas and images see the 'How do you take it?' section in lesson 32).

Extension -
Bring in some props (a tray, a cup and saucer) get the students to write out a bill to present to the 'customer'.
