English Recipe - Salmon and Spinach Parcels
Salmon Fillets (1 per serving)
- Wash and pat dry portions of salmon..
- Dot each portion with a small piece of butter.
- Wrap carefully in fresh spinach leaves.
- Tie the parcels with string.
- Steam the parcels for 20 minutes.
6. Serve with wedges of lemon.
To steam - to cook food in the steam rising from boiling water.
