Fresh Spinach
Fresh lemon
Method
1. Wash and pat dry portions of salmon..
2. Dot each portion with a small piece of butter.
3. Wrap carefully in fresh spinach leaves.
4. Tie the parcels with string.
5. Steam the parcels for 20 minutes. 
6. Serve with wedges of lemon.
